Creative training solutions for business growth and personal development

Meet Kemi

My professional background…

I’ve worked for over 15 years in various Human Resources and Learning and Development roles.  I’m passionate about supporting arts and cultural organisations to build sustainable and productive businesses.

My experience and qualifications in learning and development is complemented with my knowledge and skills in marketing and communication.  I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and hold a CIM qualification. I love researching, managing creative training events and networking.

My role at Creative Training Hub UK

As the founder Creative Training Hub, I work in collaboration with our clients and a pool of experienced and knowledgeable consultants to deliver creative professional development solutions. Together we help our clients achieve their personal and organisational business goals. Having worked in the entertainment, arts and cultural sector for over ten years, I can empathise with our clients’ needs in aligning their creative vision with their business goals.  I bring a wealth of experience across a range of sectors including local government, not for profit and commercial industries.

What do I love most about my work

It’s a really refreshing and inspiring to work on projects that I am passionate about. I feel like I’m engaging in an activity that I really enjoy, as opposed to simply working.  Our consultants take great pride in what they do and are committed to delivering an excellent client service and so it’s great to work with talented people and see positive outcomes. I also volunteer for a small charity and have a keen interest in arts education. I recently became an LEA School Governor. Everything seems to fit together nicely at the moment and I’m loving every minute of it.

An interesting fact about me…

Managing my own company requires a great deal of dedication and focus but it means I get to spend quality time with my  family. I love making things and planning activities with small children – we seem to host play dates and mini children’s parties at least once a month. All great fun!
