Carmen Morris-Coulson runs Marketing and Audience Development. She has over 13 years experience of working in the arts and with small businesses. Using her skills developed as marketing and audience development manager at Unicorn Theatre and box office manager at Chicken Shed Theatre, Carmen has helped her diverse portfolio of clients to market and grow their business. Carmen has an MA in Arts Administration and was awarded a distinction for her dissertation, a practical audience development strategy.
Danny Hearty is an accomplished trainer, action learning set facilitator, an accredited assessor for Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Belbin. He is also an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has spent 25 years working as a trainer, advisor and manager in the health, education and cultural sectors and for international human rights and environmental agencies. He has wide experience working internationally, especially withinEurope. Danny passionately believes that learning and professional and organisational development can be purposeful, enjoyable and powerful. His style reflects these values.
Kemi Bamidele runs Creative Training Hub. She has over nine years experience working in the arts, local government and commercial sector. She has worked as a Professional Development Manager for the Incorporated Society of Musicians and with the Independent Theatre Council. Kemi is experienced in learning and development, strategic planning and project management. Kemi has a CIM qualification in Marketing and Communications, CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice, and BA Degree in Arts Management and Business Law. She delivers marketing related courses and provides project management support to a range of organisations.
Larry Reynolds facilitates change and develops leadership skills. Larry has worked with a wide range of arts and cultural organisations including Bronte Parsonage Museum, Dance City, The Forum, Graeae Theatre Company, Impressions Gallery, NTC Touring Theatre Company, Northern Sinfonia, Sonic Arts and Tyneside Cinema. Larry’s live events are characterised by his energy and enthusiasm, his knowledgeable yet down-to-earth approach to leadership, and his determination to equip people with practical skills that will really help them to be better agents of positive change.
Michèle Lazarus has a background and qualifications in counselling, managing and training and has been involved in learning and development for over 30 years. She has worked in the NHS, community justice and the parenting sectors as well as freelancing for ITC in the Arts sector for 7 years. She delivers a wide range of training programmes as well as facilitating team-building, running action learning sets and providing mediation. Michèle is committed to making her training interactive, creative and fun and above all, relevant to the “audience”.
